With over 15 years in athletic coaching and program management, Dave Fisher has dedicated his career to advancing opportunities for young student athletes, particularly those from underserved communities. As a former collegiate baseball player, he founded Beastmode Athletics and Elite Squad NY, programs that have gained national recognition for their athletic development and recruiting success. To date, Dave has helped over 50 student athletes secure college placements. As Executive Director and Co-Founder of The Bridge Foundation, he leads the organization’s efforts to provide comprehensive athletic, academic, and personal development programs, ensuring that student athletes have the tools to thrive beyond sports.

Christianna is an HR tech professional who discovered her passion for supporting student athletes while working part-time at a sports training facility in Westchester, NY. A graduate of Adelphi University’s Ruth S. Ammon School of Education, she remains dedicated to academics and youth development. Before transitioning to HR tech, Christianna was a Center Manager at Mathnasium, helping students excel in mathematics. With over a decade of experience working with student athletes, she combines her love for fitness and education to create equitable opportunities for them.
Emily is a licensed social worker with over 10 years of experience working with non profit organizations. Emily played competitive sports throughout her life, and was a student athlete at Mount Holyoke College while earning her degree in psychology. Emily then went on to earn her masters degree from Fairfield University. In her clinical work, she has seen firsthand the benefits of athletics and community support on the mental health of young adults.
Hamilton Doster is a student-athlete at Dartmouth College. With over 16 years of competitive ice hockey experience and one NCAA Division I collegiate season, she is hyper aware of what it takes to succeed in the college recruiting process and what resources it requires. She also has a history of various fundraising efforts and was recognized as the highest fundraiser in A Shot for Life’s inaugural women’s hockey game, having raised thousands of dollars to aid cancer research at the Dr. Curry Research Lab at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Kevin Valdovinos is an assistant coach for Columbia men’s soccer and Director of Player Development at White Plains Youth Soccer Club. He previously worked at Manhattanville College, overseeing data and analytics for the men’s soccer team. He also founded Valdovinos Performance, helping athletes enhance their performance across various sports. A two-time NJCAA Academic All-American at Herkimer County Community College, he later played for Pfeiffer University, earning a degree in health and exercise science. He is pursuing his US Soccer National Coaching License.
Christian Paulino, Assistant Principal at Stamford High School, has over 18 years of experience in public and special education, blending his leadership and coaching expertise to support youth development both on and off the baseball field. For the past decade, he’s worked with Headfirst HonorRoll baseball showcase camps, helping student-athletes gain exposure to top academic schools nationwide.
As a bilingual educator and coach, Christian is committed to fostering personal growth through a holistic approach to education and athletics, ensuring students excel both academically and athletically, while opening doors to future opportunities.
DJ Peoples, 24, from Manhattan, developed a passion for basketball in childhood and played at Purchase College, where she grew to value teamwork and mentorship. Now coaching at her alma mater, DJ emphasizes athletic excellence and personal growth, helping student-athletes navigate both sports and college life. She enjoys being a positive influence, instilling perseverance and camaraderie in her players. Outside of coaching, DJ volunteers in community outreach and spends time with friends and family, earning her a respected place among students and faculty at Purchase College.
Mike has dedicated his life to coaching and educating youth athletes. He was the head coach at Regis High School from 2008-2012. After spending two years under the tutelage of Joe Espinosa in Danbury, Mike has spent the last ten years working full-time as a coach and instructor at various organizations in the Westchester area. Currently, Mike coaches at Fordham Prep and is in his fourteenth year as a senior staff member at Headfirst Honor Roll Camp, working alongside hundreds of high-academic college coaches to help provide recruiting exposure to high school baseball players.
